SHIPPING
Portugal
Complimentary standard delivery on all orders over €100.
Orders under €100 will have a cost of €5.
EU
Complimentary standard delivery on all orders over €150.
Orders under €150 will have a cost of €8.
Rest of the world
Standard delivery fee of €21 on all orders.
Items on stock are shipped within 3-6 business days from receipt of your order.
Items made to order or out of stock may take their time to produce. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted in this case.
Gotas de Prata will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen package after it appears as delivered.
PRICING
All prices are in Euros.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Special packaging, postage and/or eventual insurance are available at an additional charge.  
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other applicable fees for his purchase.
PAYMENTS
Debit card, credit card and Paypal accepted.
Orders must be fully paid for before shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted since items are shipped and postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned in an unused condition with its labels and original packaging fully intact.
Items made to order can not be returned.
Gotas de Prata will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to our office.
Return shipping fee is on customer’s expense.
 
To return an item, you must request a return authorization by contacting us at cristinarnuno@yahoo.es,  stating your order number, the product's name, and a picture of the item you wish to return.
After receiving the confirmation, please send the package to:

RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited through the original purchaser's payment method.
 
Please note that shipping fee for returned items, as well as additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union will not be refunded.
 
We're not responsible for any lost package during the return process.
 
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
PRODUCT CARE
Jewels must be handled with care!
 
As precious metals can oxidize over time by exposure to air and substances from the skin, I recommend you to gently wipe and store your jewel inside the respective pouch or box when not in use.
In case of heavy oxidation, please use a silver polishing cloth or a silver sparkle bath, which can be obtained at most local goldsmiths, to clean the piece.
 
Please be aware that our gold plated products are just that – plated. This means that the base is of sterling silver, plated with a layer of 24 ct gold. I cannot guarantee how long the gold layer will be in impeccable condition, as it depends on how it is worn and handled. Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap and perfume.
SIZING
Rings are manufactured in sizes according to the Size Guide
 
If you are not absolutely sure of your personal ring size, please have your finger measured with a Ring Sizer. You can either buy one or go to a jewelry store and have your fingers properly measured before purchasing.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Handmade products, due to their production method nature, may vary slightly in form and weight.
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt.
Gotas de Prata’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. cracks from adjusting a bracelet or ring too vigorously or frequently), aesthetic changes,  damage due to normal wear/tear and ageing.
 
All pieces are officially hallmarked by INCM, Contrastaria da Casa da Moeda, Lisbon, Portugal.
